HOA Annual Meeting & Election

The next HOA meeting will be held on Saturday, October 25th, from 10 AM to Noon at Creekview High School. This meeting is the annual election meeting. It is important that you attend, or allow someone to vote by proxy on your behalf. The proxy forms will be mailed soon.

Want to be on the ballot?
You can run for a seat on the HOA Board as long as you are the owner of a residence in Mill Creek and are in good standing with the HOA. Contact Swan Services for details.

Please note that attendance at past election and HOA meetings have been very low. Protect your investment and your community - VOTE!

If you need to replace your mailbox, you can do so by contacting Strickland Metal Craft @ 770-732-9391.

If you need just the mailbox replaced, it can be purchased at the Home Depot for $14.97. This is the same mailbox Strickland Metal Craft uses. The mailbox is Gibraltar Industries Standard Size Black Galvanized Steel Rural Mailbox (Model E1100B00).

Familarize yourself with the Cherokee County animal ordinances, and if necessary, call the Marshal's office.

Pool Card Info

If your pool card is not working, be sure you do not owe any fees, and then contact Steve Henson.
