2nd Annual Mill Creek Holiday Party

Come join your neighbors for holiday festivities on December 6th from 5PM - 9PM @ The Falls.

Activities will include pictures with Santa Claus, hay rides, fires, hot chocolate, crafts, holiday music, and a snow fall! You can also bring your favorite holiday desert to share with your neighbors.

We are asking that every family who attends to please bring an unwrapped toy and a canned vegetable to help make a difference in a child’s life and nourish those in need.

The social events committee is looking for 12 volunteers to help make this event great. Please contact David Ford.

Mill Creek Community Yard Sale

Nov 7th, 8th & 9th | 8AM-2PM

There will be a community-wide yard sale from Nov 7th - 9th. Ads have been placed in both the Cherokee Ledger and the Cherokee Tribune. Additionally, yard sale signs have been posted at the Mill Creek entrances.

Anyone who would like to be added to the flyer listing specific items for sale can stop by the leasing office in the Falls. DR Horton will be giving out balloons to those who want to participate.

HOA Annual Meeting & Election

The next HOA meeting will be held on Thursday, November 6th, 6:30 PM, at the Hickory Flat Library. This meeting is the annual election meeting.

Want to be on the ballot?
You can run for a seat on the HOA Board as long as you are the owner of a residence in Mill Creek and are in good standing with the HOA. Contact Swan Services for details.

Please note that attendance at past election and HOA meetings have been very low. Protect your investment and your community - VOTE!
